What should I expect from Women's Health Professional Care?
Women's Health Professional Care incorporates a large-scale exhibition format with multiple conference theatres that run simultaneously. Delegates can pick and choose between sessions throughout the two days. The programme consists of a series of talks and panel discussions covering the new women’s health government strategy and how it applies to your clinical work. Along with critical topics such as the menopause, PCOS, fertility issues, endometriosis and much more.

How do I register for a free delegate pass for Women's Health Professional Care?
Registration is not yet live but you can register your interest here.
The event will be free to attend and accredited by the CPD certificate Services. Pre-registration will be required.
How do I register as an international or commercial delegate?
If you reside outside the UK, are not a UK-registered healthcare professional, or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase passes. Commercial passes are priced at £695+VAT
Your paid delegate badge will provide you access to both the exhibition and all conference and workshop theatres.
Please note, commercial companies will be invoiced £695+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals.

What if I register but can't attend?
We really want to see you at Women's Health Professional Care, so please bear in mind that your pass will remain completely fully-subsidised if you attend even for just half a day.
However, if you are definitely unable to make it to the event, you can cancel your delegate badge using the online cancellation form, or transfer your badge to a colleague by contacting us.
Will my attendance entitle me to CPD hours/points?
Yes, the Women's Health Professional Care conference programme is CPD accredited. All delegates attending CPD sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.
What if I don't receive my CPD certificate within eight weeks after the show?
If you don't receive your CPD certificate within the expected time frame, please contact the Event Team on womenshealthpc@closerstillmedia.com - please ensure to include your full name and badge code in your email. Your badge code can be found in your original registration confirmation email.
