I am a Doctors Careers Coach and GP. Dedicated to coaching doctors, I believe that career fulfilment does not need to be a distant dream for you. It is absolutely in reach but it requires in-depth analysis and understanding of yourself and what truly resonates with you. Having been through the highs and lows of a medical career I know how intense it is to live the medic life. I understand the juggling acts involved and how much harder these get as you progress through life's milestones and challenges. I also get how it feels to be a woman, a Mum and from an ethnic minority. I appreciate the realities of these identities in Medicine, and in the world at large. Through my coaching, I have created a safe space for doctors to express how they really feel about their career and what they really want. I'm well aware of the many ways that working as a doctor can wear you down and cause you to lose sight of yourself. I have spoken at national conferences, exhibitions and events; featured in podcasts and written about doctors' careers and coaching. As a doctor I have practiced internationally, mostly in the UK, in the NHS and private sectors. I have a BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health and I have explored many aspects of Medicine, leadership and service development.
