Maria is a HCPC registered independent occupational therapist specialising in supporting individuals with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). PMDD is a cyclical reproductive mood disorder. Maria is currently working with GPs and community groups to educate and raise awareness. She has the condition herself.
