Lucy Kerr is a senior policy advisor at the British Medical Association, working in the Equality, Inclusion and Culture Team. Lucy leads on the BMA’s work addressing gender equality, including the BMA’s work on the gender pay gap, sexism and sexual harassment and menopause. Lucy has worked in health policy for over seven years, both in the UK and EU.
