Caroline trained in general practice, and worked in a community clinic in Cambridge, providing integrated contraception and sexual health services and a complex long acting reversible contraception (LARC) referral service. She has now returned to general practice providing a much needed LARC service post Covid.
Caroline is a fellow of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, and is on the executive board of the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum with responsibility for education. She is the programme director for Bayer Pharma’s intrauterine contraception training programme which offers training to health care professionals across the UK. She also provides education on communication skills to medical students at the university of Cambridge.
Caroline is committed to providing high quality education for health care professionals, and to empowering women through providing choice in sexual and reproductive health.
