This session examines the emerging link between menopause and digestive health, reviewing findings from recent research and clinical experience. Studies indicate that IBS-type symptoms often arise or worsen during menopause, yet they remain underrecognised in clinical care. As the project enters its next phase, healthcare professionals and patients are invited to participate in a trial and access free, dietitian-led digestive health resources. Attendees will gain practical strategies and evidence-based insights to improve digestive health support in menopause care.
